Vitalitea

The idea for this project was to take typography and put it into practice somewhere. In this case, making a typography-based brand for a fake product. I decided to go with tea as we had a handful of options to choose from, and that is where most of my ideas lay. After research and development, I decided to land on a herbal energy tea. This is where the pun “VitaliTea” came from, with “Vitality” meaning “to be vigorous and active” and tea being the product where you would get that from.

I modified a very skinny sans font and a chunky sans serif font, giving it a nice curve and personality. It was a trick I learned from a different project to make a different fake brand. That one being a lemonade company where the word “sunshine” curved into a lemon.

This was made with Adobe Illustrator.
